Join us for a one month movement challenge from April 1st for 30 days.  Free for current members or pay just $150 (gloves included) for non members.  

Taking a class 3-5 days a week at Fearless MMA is recommended, and breaking up your training between striking and grappling would maximize movement and strength training for your body. On the days that you cannot make it into the club, doing one of the suggested movements (walk, run, bike, play a sport) for 30 minutes is recommended. However you choose to move, you can add a check mark to our in club challenge board for each day that you intentionally move your body. If you would like to, taking a photo or a video and tagging @fearlessmma in your post on IG would be great, and we will share your accomplishments!
