Do I need to be a fighter to train at Fearless?
No, we train all levels and abilities. Many people train with us for fitness and fun only! That being said, we do have a strong competition student base and are affiliated with the Boxing Ontario Association of Sport Kickboxing for those that wish to compete.
I’m a beginner, can I still join?
Of course you can! We offer classes geared towards beginners and teach you everything and anything that you need to know about combat sports and fighting!
How do the classes work? Can you give me more information?
Our classes are comprised of physical training and work on technique. Every class is a bit different with a set of new challenges. From the Yoga to the Kickboxing we cater to all levels of fitness and ability!
An MMA gym is super intimidating, will I fit in? Who else trains there? What can I expect?
We pride ourselves in offering everyday fitness to cater to every age and activity level. We know that an MMA gym can be a little intimidating that’s why we go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable from the second you visit us! Our students range in age from 5 years old to 60 years old. We train brides getting ready for their weddings, Mom’s wanting to drop baby weight, Fathers and sons, Teenaged boys dealing with confidence and self esteem issues, young ladies getting ready to leave home for university for the first time… people just like you. Regular people that have fitness goals, want to get in shape, meet new people, feel confident OR they are just BORED of big gyms and want a more community focused, fun environment.
I am ready to fight, how long before I can have my first fight?
It all depends on how comitted you are, it could be as little as 6 months. However if you do not take things seriously that 6 months can turn into 5 years or more! Fighting is an art and it is our responsibility that you have all your tools in your tool belt before you step up and meet someone in the ring.
